A MORNING OF WELLNESS AND RITUALS TO CELEBRATE THE START OF SPRING

OMGTea, BALANCE ME Skincare, The Float Spa and Pilates & Performance are all keen advocates of living well and creating moments of balance for the mind and body.

We would love you to join us to celebrate the beginning of spring for a wellness inspired morning of pilates, matcha tea rituals, mini-facial-athons/ skin scanning culminating with a soundbath to complete the morning retreat.

The morning is in aid of THE HYGIENE BANK and we ask that you bring toiletry donations such as toothbrushes, nappies, deodorant, body washes to donate on the day.
