OUR MISSION

To boost your energy with a mix of Pilates and functional training, either in our studio, group classes or online. We’re here to help you feel amazing by enhancing your movement and embracing what makes your body, lifestyle and goals unique.


CLASSES

Whether you want to improve your movement patterns to increase performance or need help with postural related issues, we will create a bespoke programme to help you achieve your goals.

Private 1:1 Sessions

A full case history and assessment will be taken at the beginning of the session to determine areas of compensatory patterns. Based on our findings, we create a tailor-made program of exercises to help you. 

Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with a reformer, Cadillac and Wunda chair plus lots of other tools to help you achieve your goals. You can expect to work functionally and with purposes, integrating other holistic tools such as breathwork. 

Pilates Mat Classes at Rockwater

Our restorative seafront classes are hosted on the Rockwater deck by the sea in summer or inside their cosy lodge during winter. These classes are suitable for all levels and cover a variety of contemporary and classical Pilates exercises, designed to make you feel connected and energised. 

Performance Pilates

Want to get the most of out of your training? Then these classes are for you! We will go through good pressure management through the core, how to stack the body in an optimal position to be able to create better force production through the body and less compensatory load on the joints. These small group Pilates & Performance classes are a great compliment to strength training and/or any other training that you do.
